Job Description: Retail Sales Clerk

Qualifications Required

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Outgoing positive attitude.
• Experience in retail operations or sales.
• Experience with and a good understanding of POS systems.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
• Polished interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team player.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in guest service while achieving sales targets.
• Ensure store is kept clean and tidy and stocked at all times.
• Ensure retail stock is kept secure and no stock leaves the store before payment is received.
• Ensure all SPRC policies are adhered to as outlined in the current Employee handbook.
• EMS (Environmental Management System) & ISO 14001 awareness.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Duties as required to ensure successful operation of the department including support of other departments and special promotions.
