The Lift operations department is always searching for positive, enthusiastic individuals with a proven background in customer service. They are responsible for the daily safety and efficient operation of mountain chair lifts and the guests that use them. Spend your days helping guests of all skill levels load and unload from the chair lifts, parking and traffic control, working in the tube park and the bungee trampoline while greeting and interacting with all guests and individuals visiting the resort. Under the guidance of the Lift Operations Manager, you will receive a fun, interactive and teamwork oriented job experience.
The lift operator position is a highly physical role; operators are required to work outdoors and to be on their feet for long periods of time.  Other physical tasks may include, but are not limited to: assisting guests who struggle getting on and off the chair lift.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Demonstrate a high level of customer service, a positive attitude and commitment to teamwork in a friendly, caring atmosphere
- Arrive for work ready and have a high standard of personal appearance
- Maintain appearance and cleanliness of lift huts / loading and unloading stations around the resort
- Upkeep and document required lift logs and communicate any issues that arise during scheduled shifts

Ideal Candidates

- Proven customer service background
- High level of physical fitness
- Highly organized in a fast past working environment
- 2 employer reference contacts and 1 personal reference
