Job Description: Kitchen Attendant & Dishwasher

Department Food & Beverage (Masa's Bar & Grill)

Reports To Restaurant Sous Chef & Executive Chef
Working Hours Seasonal Operational Hours

Qualifications Required

• Food Safe Level 1
• Demonstrate practical and technical hygiene
• Organizational skills with good knowledge in high volume, quality kitchen dish washing operations
• Capable of prioritizing high volume and demand work loads

Primary Responsibilities

• Quality control of all cleaned dishes and kitchen utensils
• Proper storage of all cleaned dishes & equipment in correct areas
• Cleanliness of the kitchen areas and all equipment
• Responsible for bathroom cleaning
• Dispose of garbage and recycling as required
• Maintaining the cleaning schedule
• Assisting with all requested food prep duties
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times

Secondary Responsibilities

• Attend all required SPRC orientation and training sessions
• Duties as required to ensure successful operation of the Food & Beverage department and the support of other departments and special promotions
