The food and beverage department are responsible for providing superb customer service in the areas of food preparation and front end customer service whether it be in Masa’s Bar and Grill, Bento’s Cafeteria, Café Soliel, Sunburst Restaurant, Umbrella Café and The Club. Under the guidance of the Executive Chef and the Food and Beverage Manager, you will receive a fun, interactive and teamwork oriented job experience to jump start your culinary career.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

- Prepare and plan menu items consistently for all guests by adhering to all recipe and presentation guidelines set by the Executive Chef
- Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Conduct inventory counts for food and beverage supplies and foods
- Supervisory duties as required
- Preparation and clean – up of work stations
- Opening and closing duties of the restaurant kitchen which can include cleaning duties with the entire restaurant
- Maintain a high level of customer service
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to teamwork in a friendly, caring atmosphere

Ideal Candidates

- Minimum 3 years of experience in culinary, with a minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a credible establishment
- Current Red Seal certification or equivalent
- Current Food Safe Level 1 Certification
- 2 employer reference contacts and 1 personal reference
